why only one service a day
Because she does everything herself, and a board styled in a rush shows right away.
The morning shop, the on-site setup, the service through the party, then the pack-down: a whole day fits into a single service. Booking a date takes it off her calendar for everyone else , which is what guarantees that what arrives at your place looks like the photos.
Photos taken during her actual services, not stock images.

Tout le monde a cru que j'avais fait appel à un traiteur.
Alongside private bookings, she organizes her own gatherings: matcha workshops, pop-ups, tastings. Some are free, others paid , and spots are always limited, since she hosts alone.
paid on site, never online

I had the vision. I had the ideas. What I didn't have yet was the money to bring them all to life. Then came my very first event: a wedding.
The bride trusted me before I had everything figured out. She believed in what I wanted to create and even helped me get the cart I needed for the charcuterie setup. That cart became much more than something I used for one wedding. After that first event, I kept looking at it and thinking: what else can I create with this? One idea became another. I started imagining different experiences, different setups, and all the ways I could make each celebration feel special.
That wedding gave me more than my first event. It gave me the opportunity to start building the vision I already had in my head. And I will forever be grateful to the bride who trusted me at the very beginning. She believed in the vision before the vision had everything it needed.
